Superintendent of Schools
The Superintendent of Schools is directly responsible to operate and manage an educational program and create an environment that will provide the optimum educational opportunities for all students within the guidelines established by the Board of Education on behalf of the Township’s electorate. The superintendent is the administrative head of the school district and chief executive officer of the Board of Education to which s/he is solely responsible. The superintendent shall have general supervision and management of all aspects of the school district’s operations. S/He may delegate responsibility for administering various segments of the operations, but shall be responsible to the Board of Education for the results produced.

Executive Assistant to the Superintendent
The Superintendent’s Executive Assistant serves as the Superintendent’s confidential secretary and ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the Superintendent’s Office so that the superintendent may devote maximum attention to the educational administration of the district. When appropriate s/he will serve as intermediary in a variety of situations with parents and staff to answer questions/complaints or resolve situations in an expeditious and amicable manner before they escalate to a superintendent level concern.

Chief of Staff/Director of Community Relations 
The Director of Community Relations/Chief of Staff facilitates an open exchange of information between the school district/Superintendent’s office and all internal and external stakeholders. He/she represents the Superintendent and is the liaison between the Superintendent's office, Board of Education, administrators, and the community. This role coordinates district efforts with various media and the public to aid in the promotion of a positive image for the district, its students and its staff, and to establish community relationships and partnerships. This includes managing specific information service platforms such as the district website and social media. Additionally, the director oversees key community-centric areas including the Community Education Center (before and after-school programs) and in-school volunteer services.
