The Transcript Request Form at Teaneck High School allows alumni to request official transcripts for personal, academic, or employment purposes. This form requires basic information such as the graduate's name, graduation year, and the destination for the transcript. Please review the form closely to ensure timely processing.

Working Papers for minors are now digital. Minor workers, their caregivers, and employers all fill out their respective parts of the streamlined online application instead of using the old paper form.
