TPS’ Foundation Training Experience
TPS’ Foundation Training Program is a two-year professional learning experience designed to support non-tenured educators through targeted, research-based professional development aligned with district priorities.
K–12 Focus Areas:
Year 1: Building a foundation in Teacher Clarity through learning intentions, success criteria, learning progressions, and assessment alignment.
Year 2: Deepening and sustaining Teacher Clarity by fostering student ownership, differentiation, and feedback-driven learning.
Pre-School Focus Area:
Years 1 & 2: Establishing clear classroom expectations and routines, supporting social-emotional growth through the Pyramid Model, integrating curriculum, and using assessment data to guide instruction.
