Introducing our new Internal School Safety Incident Reporting System: a dedicated area within Incident IQ designed exclusively for district staff to enhance the safety and well-being of our students. This user-friendly tool allows staff members to confidentially and quickly report safety incidents, concerns, or near-misses. With real-time tracking and analytics, we can effectively identify patterns and implement proactive measures to strengthen our school environment. Together, let’s prioritize safety and create a secure atmosphere for learning and growth!
You may also access the ticketing area by logging in to Incident IQ and clicking on New Ticket in the top left corner. Once the ticketing screen appears, please click on "Other Requests." 
After clicking on "Other Requests," please click on "Public Safety Incident Report." You will then come to the incident reporting screen. Please fill out the necessary information and click "Submit Ticket" once you have completed the form.
