Accommodations for College Board Exams

Before a student can take certain exams—PSAT/NMSQT, PSAT 10, SAT, or AP Exams—with accommodations, families must:
1. Request that the accommodations be uploaded to the College Board website; and
2. Await approval from The College Board.

If you would like the Teaneck High School Counseling Office to submit testing accommodations to the College Board on behalf of your child, please indicate 'yes' at the bottom of this form. If you would prefer that the Teaneck High School Counseling Office does not submit testing accommodations, please click 'no' at the bottom of this form.

*Please note: The College Board approves any accommodations for the PSAT/NMSQT, PSAT 10, SAT, or AP Exams. As such, this form is the first step in beginning the accommodations request process.
