Teaneck High School along with Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson Middle Schools will be using FormReleaf in order to register for athletic participation.  Please make sure all information is accurate and is completely filled out by a parent/guardian. Please see the link below and register for sports today!

Make sure you have a current physical (within 1 year of the start of your season) or you can upload a new physical onto your FormReleaf registration. Our school doctor will also be here for physicals every Thursday or Friday morning. You need to make an appointment in the nurse's office for a physical. 

As of July 1st, please see the new physical exam form required by the state for all New Jersey student athletes

The old physical forms will NOT be accepted after July 1st.

Please don't wait until your season is about to start. Get it done now so you are ready to go on the first day of tryouts. Winter practice starts November 25th for basketball, swimming, fencing, wrestling, winter track and bowling.  Registration will close on November 22nd
