Parent/Guardian/Student Handbook: Hawthorne Parent_Guardian-Student Handbook 2022-2023.docx.pdf

Class placements were emailed to our families earlier this week.  If you have not received your child's class placement, please contact Dawn Santamaria at dsantamaria@teaneckschools.org or our main office at 201-833-5540. Also, please note that our Kindergarten scholars have a special meet and greet on September 6th from 2pm to 3pm. This is a wonderful opportunity to bring your children's supplies, as well. On September 1st from 6pm to 7pm, our new students and first grade students are invited to a Back to School Bash. If your child will be a first grader or a new student at Hawthorne School but you did not receive the information for this event, please reply to this email to inform me.  I look forward to welcoming all of my "babies" on Wednesday, September 7th at 8:15am on our lawn which is located on the Lucy Avenue side of our school.  Our students will greet their teacher(s) and classmates, then enter our school to go to class. Please note that parents/guardians will not be permitted to enter the school or classroom, as we are eager to begin our first day and settle in for the new year. Thank you for your understanding.

Warm Regards,
