School Meals

All Teaneck children may eat lunch in school. In addition, breakfast and lunch are available at all schools. Maschio’s Food Service has been retained by the Board of Education as its food service management company for the 2023-2024 school year.

Teaneck participates in the National Lunch Program through which children may purchase low-cost lunch, breakfast, and milk, and may be eligible for free or reduced-price meals. A la carte offerings or a balanced complete meal are available at lunch and breakfast. Students that are eligible for free or reduced-price lunch qualify for free or reduced-price breakfast as well. Applications for free and reduced-price meals are now online and can be accessed by going to www.myschoolapps.com -- please enter the zip code to find our district. Once you have selected Teaneck Board of Education from the list of schools, you may continue with the application.

If you are filling out a paper application, it must be properly filled out and returned to your child’s school as soon as possible. You can access the application below. Please put all children in the same household on ONE application only. Please make sure to correctly list the student's full name, grade, and school.

The lunch price for K-4 children will be $3.50. Reduced will be the same as free. Breakfast is $2.00.
