2. Acceptable Use of Technology Agreement

3. Media Release Consent Form (only if you do not consent to have your child's photo/information published on school or district media sites)

Most importantly, please verify your information in Skyward for accuracy. All phone numbers, email address and emergency contact names and numbers must be up to date. If there are any changes necessary, you are able to make revisions yourself. Instructions are available on page 9 of the manual.
