Teaneck Volunteer Ambulance Corps (TVAC) Visit

On Friday, February 16th, the Teaneck Volunteer Ambulance Corp (TVAC) paid a special visit to Bryant School. The purpose of the visit was to educate the students about the important work that the TVAC members carry out for the town of Teaneck. The students were given a detailed presentation on how the members of the corp assess patients when they arrive at the scene of a call. They were also taught about the life-saving techniques that the members of TVAC use to help patients in emergency situations.

During the visit, the TVAC team demonstrated their skills by assessing a very special patient - look closely.  The TVAC team explained to the students how they use their training and experience to quickly assess a patient's condition and provide the appropriate medical care. The students are currently engaged in the Medical Theme.

The students were thrilled to learn about the work of the TVAC members and were impressed by their dedication to helping others. The visit was a great success, thanks to the TVAC team's efforts to educate and inspire the students with their important work.
