The Pet Vet Theme was made all the more special when the Bergen County K9 unit paid a visit to Bryant School, bringing with them a wealth of knowledge and learning opportunities for our students. The K9 unit brought along their highly trained dogs, which allowed the students to learn more about their impressive skills and how they assist the Bergen County police department. The students also had the chance to interact with the dogs and their handlers, learning about their training routines, equipment and daily tasks. This visit provided a unique and valuable opportunity for the students to gain a deeper understanding of the important role played by dogs and their handlers in law enforcement, while also fostering a deeper appreciation for animals and their abilities.
