Teaneck Public Schools and Holy Name Hospital have partnered to provide all Teaneck students (ages 5 and older) with COVID-19 vaccinations -at no cost*.
The administration of Pfizer-BioNTech vaccination will be made available to all students 5 and over. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The administration will take place in two (2) doses, three weeks apart.
The dates are as follows:
-1st Administration/Dose: Tuesday, November 30, 2021, 4-7 pm at Benjamin Franklin Middle School, 1315 Taft Road, Teaneck, NJ
-2nd Administration/Dose: Tuesday, December 21, 2021, 4-7 pm at Benjamin Franklin Middle School, 1315 Taft Road, Teaneck, NJ
Please park in front of the school -parking rules will be suspended to accommodate families.

*Please bring an insurance card. Families without insurance will still be provided with a vaccine at no cost. ID will be requested but is NOT required.
