Lowell’s Summer Reading Assignment and Read-a-thon
July 1 – August 31, 2019
Lowell School’s students are reading during the summer months! In addition to launching the annual summer read-a-thon, which requires students to read at least 30 minutes each day, Principal Green is challenging ALL students to complete a summer reading assignment, which requires students to read 20 minutes each day. Both the assignment and read-a-thon aim to promote positive reading habits at home and maintain literacy skills learned during the school year.
