The 2025 Strategic Planning Steering Committee plays a vital role in shaping the future direction of the Teaneck Public Schools. This collaborative body is composed of diverse voices from across our community—including district staff, students, families, local stakeholders, and members of the Teaneck Board of Education.

Each committee is chaired or co-chaired by members of the Superintendent’s Cabinet, ensuring strong alignment with district leadership. Board of Education trustees also serve on the committees, providing additional guidance and oversight.

Together, Steering Committee members contribute their unique perspectives to help define priorities, establish goals, and develop actionable strategies that will guide the district over the next five years.
