Interact Club Hosts Luncheon at Bergen County Human Services Center in Hackensack
Recently members of the Interact Club at Teaneck High School hosted a luncheon at the Bergen County Human Services Center for 80 guests. The goal of Interact – which is the student division of the Rotary Club of Teaneck – is to 1) develop leadership skills and personal integrity, 2) demonstrate helpfulness and respect for others who are less fortunate, and 3) understand the importance of individual responsibility and hard work. Bi-weekly meetings are held during the school year and students earn hours toward their community service graduation requirement by participating in various service projects and activities.
