National Coalition of 100 Black Women Education Symposium, Sat., March 17th

The Bergen/Passaic Chapter of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. will present the 2nd Annual Adopt-A-School Education Symposium. This free Symposium will take place on Saturday, March 17th from noon until 4 pm at Teaneck High School. The program is open to all high school and middle school parents and students. Workshop and panel discussions will include 1) Social Media Awareness and Cyber Bullying, 2) College - Who's Paying For This and Where Do i Start?, 3) Middle School vs. High School: What I Need To Know and 4)  Self-Esteem, Image,  & Peer Pressure. A light lunch and refreshments will be served. Community service hours will be given to students who attend.
