The Township of Teaneck’s Child Health Conference is a town sponsored clinic that provides well child care to children from birth through high school. It meets one Thursday evening every month in the Pediatric Clinic area of Holy Name Medical Center. It is staffed by Holy Name RN’s and a board certified pediatrician.
The Child Health Conference (clinic)
administers all required immunizations to school-age children and conducts well
baby exams and immunization services to pre-school children and babies.
All children, who are uninsured and reside in Teaneck, are
qualified for these services, which are free of charge. Please call for
an appointment and/or schedule of clinic services. Appointments
are required and can be made by calling the Township’s Public Health Nurse, Michele Schumeyer, at (201) 227-6251 or [email protected]
