New Student Registrations for Current School Year 2011-2012

Registration and residency forms are to be completed at the Teaneck Board of Education Administrative Offices at One Merrison Street during the following days and hours:

Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The following documents are required at the time of registration:

  1. Proof of Residency: Two are required. Town tax Bill or Deed, Rent/Lease - copy of lease or Affidavit of Landlord, utility bill, valid NJ Driver License.
  2. Birth Certificate: (Passport can be used to establish official date of birth if birth certificate is not available).
  3. Record of Immunization: New Jersey State Law prohibits students from entering school without a Record of Immunization.
  4. Complete name and address of previous school for transcript purposes.
  5. Transfer Card from previous school showing the grade in which the student is entitled to be placed.
  6. Last Report Card to assist counselor with placement of classes.

Once you have completed the residency forms at Teaneck Board of Education Administrative Offices, you then will have to contact the school to make an appointment and finish the registration process.
